Summer preparations in Koriyama
Last week, I went to Koriyama City, Fukushima Prefecture.
It's been about two months.

As you can see, lanterns were lined up in front of the station in preparation for next month's Uneme Festival.
I haven't seen the Uneme Festival for over 13 years now.
With trainees from Africa
This time, we had trainees from Africa.
There were people there from countries where I have traveled to and lived, so it was a very interesting training session.
Oh! For those of you who are planning to travel to the country soon!
They were extremely talented and will be responsible for the country's medical care in the future.
It was great to see the students actively asking questions and wanting to improve their knowledge.
I also generously shared with them all the knowledge I had gained.
I think I was able to get my point across! Lol
The training will continue until this month, so I will absorb as much knowledge as I can and then return to Japan.
I hope to utilize what I have learned in my work locally.
In fact, we had a trainee who came to Japan from Sudan this time.
Sudan is currently in the midst of a civil war, with many people fleeing the country and medical facilities in a state of disrepair.
When I was talking to the trainees,
"The hospital you know no longer exists"
It was painful to see the expression on his face as he said that.
Despite all that, I'm glad and grateful that he managed to survive and come to Japan for this training.
The time will surely come when Sudan will recover.
By that time, we need to be thoroughly prepared.
I hope the civil war will end soon, but we never know. Inshallah
Authentic Sri Lankan curry
After the training is completed,
My curry master hosted a curry party.
Authentic Sri Lankan curry!!!
*My curry-making master is from Sri Lanka
He treated the trainees to curry.
Everyone enjoyed the meal, and some even went for seconds.
It was very well received.

It had been two months since I last saw my master, but it had actually been 13 or 14 years since I last ate his curry.
As expected, the curry made by my master is delicious. Even when I make it myself, it's somehow different.
As expected, authentic curry is incredibly delicious. Delicious. Delicious. It was so delicious that I said it three times.
Thank you to my teacher and everyone at the training site who organized the curry party.

Once again, thank you to all the training organisations and trainees.
I'm grateful for the good vibes I get every time.
See you again someday in Koriyama
