Japanese Summer

HiGuys,
It's been three years since I last experienced the Japanese summer, and I'm once again surprised by how hot it is. It's hard to sleep at night, and I catch a cold if I sleep with the air conditioner on, so I've been sleeping with a fan lately. For some reason, summer colds seem to last longer. It's strange...
My heatstroke prevention measures
We see news about heatstroke every day, but are you taking proper precautions and staying hydrated? I believe that small daily habits are important for preventing heatstroke.
Here I will introduce the measures I personally use (these are just my personal methods).
① Always eat breakfast
I believe it's important to get plenty of energy in the morning, so I make sure to eat breakfast every day. On days when I go out without eating, I've sometimes felt unwell.
② Take glutamine immediately after waking up
Since I started training, I've been taking glutamine every day. My routine is to take it after I wake up, go to the toilet, brush my teeth, and take a shower. It's also helping to maintain my immune system, and I feel like I'm catching colds less often.
3. Handmade special drinks
When I go out, I bring a homemade drink made with citric acid, apple cider vinegar, and salt. I used to drink commercial sports drinks, but I found the sweetness too much, so I found a more sour taste to suit me better. The salt helps replenish the sodium lost through sweat, and the apple cider vinegar is just my personal preference.
④ Drink plenty of fluids
I try to drink small amounts regularly before I feel thirsty, and try not to go too long without drinking any fluids.
Finally
I usually work indoors, but when I'm out on the road I sometimes have to be outside for long periods of time, so I try to take the precautions mentioned above.
Again, these are just my personal methods and not recommendations. I hope you all find a way that suits you and put your health first to get through the summer.
Thank you
